A quick and easy dinner delight that can feed your family. Also a great vegeterian entree.
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each strip in the melted butter, then in parmesan mixture. Place in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining butter over potatoes. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
